Dog Chew and Bone Reviews: Hero Dog Treats Duck Feet
Hero Dog Treats was kind enough to send me a few samples of their Duck Feet Dog Treats. When Mom brought the package in from Hero Dog Treats, I started to get excited. I can always smell a good package of dog snacks. Luckily for me, Mom didn’t make me wait too long before sampling my new dog chew. Once again, Mom made me do some posing with my duck feet dog treats before allowing me to sink my teeth into what I could only imagine was a tasty snack.
Oh, and was I right! These dehydrated duck feet dog treats from Hero Dog Treats are totally delicious. They are crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for my canine choppers. Hero Dog Treats duck feet didn’t leave a mess, or any stains either. Not that I would leave any of this tasty dog snack behind. The duck foot was crunchy, yet soft enough for my doggie teeth. I’m sure it was helping to keep my choppers clean. But don’t forget, dogs still need their teeth brushed (read how).
I was really digging this healthy dog chew. Gnaw, gnaw, gnaw I went. I did some pulling of the duck foot to get little bits off. Mom is always so concerned that I might choke on something, so she closely supervised me. When my dehydrated duck got small, she held on to it while I continued chewing. Finally, she let me have the last bit, and I chewed it up very nicely before I swallowed it. It lasted about five minutes….okay – seven, to be exact.

Pros: One ingredient-duck foot, nothing else, 100% Canadian raised and processed, soft and edible dog chew, did not leave stains, healthy snack, very enjoyable, packed with Glucosamine and Cartilage (good for joint health), affordable
Cons: Can’t really think of any.
