Completely cover bones with water about 2” over bones.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 24 hours.
Allow to cool.
Remove the mushrooms, parsley and ginger and set aside.
Remove any marrow from the bones and place with the vegetable mix. You can either serve this to your dog or save and make Marrow Power Pops (recipe coming soon).
Dish out the bone broth into serving-sized containers and freeze.
Thaw and serve as needed. Remove fat if needed.
