No More Ticks Natural Flea Control Review

If you are like me, you are a mosquito magnet. Seriously. When I step outside, if there is a mosquito around or some other flying pest, he’s gravitating to me. If you’re not like me, then you’d love to be outside when I’m around, because I would be the “light” that the bugs are attracted to, leaving you pest free. But what if I’m not around?

That’s where No More Ticks comes in handy. No More Ticks is a tick, mosquito and general bug spray that is safe for you, your dog, and your children. Like you, I do not want to put harmful chemicals on Dexter or myself. There are natural flea and tick products that work just as well as a toxic, chemical laden product, and No More Ticks allowed me to test and review their natural tick spray.
For the last month, I have been applying No More Ticks on Dexter once a day, before our outdoor adventures. Admittedly, our flying pests seem to be on hiatus the moment, but I have heard that the ticks and fleas are out. Not for us! So far, so good.
Yesterday, the real test happened. Dexter and I went to the park to shoot some videos for Raising Your Pets Naturally, and lo and behold, the bugs were out! I couldn’t get to my No More Ticks spray fast enough. And do you know what? That was all it took. A quick spray on my body and Dexter’s, and they left us alone for the rest of the morning.
Now, let’s take a look inside and see just why this flea and tick control is non-toxic and still works so well. No More Ticks uses a proprietary blend of 4 pure, therapeutic grade essential oils: Citronella, eucalyptus lemon, white camphor and lavender. Then they add pure vegetable glycerin, catnip tea and distilled water……that’s it! No toxins, all natural, and no preservatives. Now, that’s something I feel comfortable using on Dexter.
It’s pretty easy to apply and use; the aroma repels the ticks and insects. To apply to your dog, spray about 6 to 8 inches away from his body. Cover his eyes with your hand and start from the head, in between the ears, spray all down the back, legs, belly and under the neck. If your dog has long ears like Dexter, gently lift his ear from his head and spray the tips. Be careful to avoid the eyes. In heavy tick areas, spray your hands and rub on your dog’s face, again avoiding the eyes. The aroma (what makes it repel bugs) lasts about an hour and a half to two hours, so reapply as needed. Don’t forget yourself. Spray up and down your body. No More Ticks will not damage your clothing and is not greasy.

Did you find it as effective for fleas? We live in southern California where fleas are a big problem year round, and there are dogs everywhere. Luckily, much fewer ticks than on the east coast!
Thanks for stopping by. Dexter has been flea-free for as long as I can remember. This is our regime: https://raisingyourpetsnaturally.com/safe-and-non-toxic-flea-control/ and I use a non-toxic spray such as No More Ticks when we go out.
