Traveling with Dogs and Dog Adventures and Dog Activites
Dog Frisbee, Dog Dancing, Canine Musical Freestyle
March 2011 is coming to a close. But I am happy to say that I think Spring Has Sprung! I’ve noticed the tulips are starting to sprout through the ground, and I couldn’t be happier!
These past two weeks have been filled with some neat dog adventures. I have been going to my Romping Rovers class at Toledo Dog Training (Raising Your Pets Naturally), and had a therapy dog visit at my favorite grade school. I also started my Freestyle Tricks class at Toledo Dog Training; that is a blast! Mom and I have had regular walks at Wildwood Park, Woodland Park, and Side Cut Park.
Last Saturday I really had a great time! Mom, Grandma, and I (The 3 Musketeers) drove up to Michigan to work with Scott and Deanna Jones from Disc Dogs of Michigan for a private lesson to tune up our dog Frisbee skills! It was a lot of fun, but I sure did get tired after a while. We worked on some rollers, catches, Frisbee tosses, and recalls. It’s always lots of fun to go on an adventure like this; I can’t wait until the next time we get out there! Check out this video clip of us doing some rollers.
Today we got back from another Canine Freestyle workshop with the Freestyle Fanatics.
My poor mom seems to have 2 BIG left feet! But she’s trying, and I have lots of fun playing with her. ~Dexter
